29.7.2015Assen – Racing circuit in the Dutch city of Assen hosted the biggest truck and racing truck meeting in Europe. Naturally, neither the Dakar special from our technology centre could miss an affair of this importance.
We helped ZF celebrate 100 years of existence
29.7.2015Pasau/Friedrichshafen – The ZF company, a world-renowned German gear-box producer, has celebrated one-hundred-year anniversary of its founding. The spectacular celebration was attended also by our Dakar special which had a special automatic transmission developed by ZF in co-operation with our MKR Technology.
Defects spoil podium dreams in Baja Aragon
29.7.2015Teruel - Two defects in the very finish killed pilot Arthur Ardavichus’ podium dreams on his way to defending last year’s victory in the Spanish Baja Aragon Rally. On the track there was also our mechanic Jakub Hřava with Ardavichus in the cabin. Eventually, the Kazakhstani-Czech crew occupied sixth place, while the race was dominated by De Rooy from the Netherlands. The best Tatra and Bonver Dakar Project’s pilot was Tomáš Vrátný, who came in a fourth place by only a narrow margin.
We scored draw with the Židovice football team
26.6.2015Sports fan from the Židovice village, where our technology centre is based, had a chance to see an incredibly captivating football match. Our team played the household squad in an exhibition that finished with a result more fitting for ice-hockey, a 5:5 draw.
Kuba Wins the Pharaons Rally on Ardavichus’ Truck
30.5.2015Amazing victory! Bonver Dakar Project’s Tatra run by an engine from our technology centre triumphed at the Pharaons Rally. The Kazakhstani pilot Artur Ardavichus literally flew over the Egyptian sand dunes and achieved a well-deserved win in his category this year. The result has made us even more happy due to the fact that Ardavichus’ crew mechanic was one of our own, Jakub Hřava.
Our truck attracts record-high visitor number
28.5.2015About fifteen thousand visitors of the Zahrada Čech exhibition area (translated as „The Garden of Bohemia“ in English) had the opportunity to see our Dakar special. The traditional motorshow broke visitor records and it was our truck constructed for the Dutch Mammoet Rallysport team that was among the greatest crowd-pullers.
An Unfortunate Accident Puts a Stop to the Libya Rally For Us
22.4.2015Bad luck that’s hard to believe made our team wrap up the Libya Rally in Morocco prematurely. In the ill-fated stage four the oil tank got punched in a place that made even the experienced constructor Mario Kress shake his head in disbelief.

We’re on Our Way to Morocco to Join the Libya Rally 2015
17.4.2015Our racing team has set off to Morocco. With our „Dakar“ special we are about to start in the opening stage of the Libya Rally. The race track stretches over nearly two and a half thousand kilometres and we will have seven days to get to the finish in the city of 1001 nights, the imperial seat of Marrakech.
MKR Team Passed a Hell of a Test at the Dakar
11.2.2015Spot on. The north-Bohemian MKR Technology team definitely have nothing to be ashamed of. They provided technical support to a total of five racing trucks, building two cars from scratch and constructing engines and electronic systems for three. The team accompanied all five cars along the track. Despite the fact that one third of crews had to quit the famous Dakar Rally, those carrying MKR label arrived at Buenos Aires save and sound. Eventually, the Dakar 2015 mission was 100% completed 100%.

The famous Dakar has come to its end and with it all five trucks of the unique alliance technologically supported by our team. Considering the fact that one third of trucks did not reach the finish in Buenos Aires, this is an unparalleled success.
The Penultimate Stage Of The Dakar AnUnlucky One
18.1.2015Incredible misfortune befell the racers in the penultimate stage of this year’s Dakar Rally. The twelfth timed test proved as rather tricky. Moreover, the crews, already coming close to the finish, had to tackle the intrigues of the track as well as unbelievable technical problems. As a result, Martin van den Brink or Artur Ardavichus with his Roudnice mechanic Daniel Kozlovký were eliminated from the fight for a solid ranking.
